West High School is the home to Falcon Athletics! Our expectations for our student-athletes are high and our programs are making great strides. Student Accident Insurance Forms  Students can enroll at any time during the policy period.  Families may enroll online by visiting the Student Assurance Services, Inc. website at www.sas-mn.com

Sports Physicals on October 30th for winter sports.  We will run them from 3:30 to 6:00 on Monday 10/30/23 at West High School.  High School athletes' physicals are available from 3:30 to 5:00.  Junior High Athletes may come from 5:00 to 6:00.  Physicals will cost $15 cash only.  Athletes must fill out the form and bring the form signed by the parent.  The form is available below.  Everyone must enter the building through the front door.
