All 5th and 6th grade Buchanan parents and guardians,
Mark your calendars! On Tuesday, January 31st all the Buchanan 5th and 6th graders will be performing a music concert together at 6:00pm in the Buchanan Gym. The concert features a variety of fun songs we’re learning this year in class. The 6th graders will play ukulele, and 5th graders will show off their recorder skills. The entire group will also be singing and playing various percussion instruments throughout the program. The concert should be approximately 30 minutes long.
Please arrive between 5:45 and 6:00. The performers will meet in the library to prepare and warm-up at this time. There are no specific requirements for how to dress. Just choose a school appropriate outfit that they feel comfortable performing in. Cookies will be served to the performers and guests after the performance.
