Central/North After Prom Information
9-PIN BOWLING FUNDRAISER After Prom is hosting a 9-Pin Bowling tournament on Saturday, March 11th at 6:30pm at Leisure Lanes in Davenport. Check-in starts at 6pm. $100 for a team of five if paid by February 11th. $125 per team after February 11th. Join them for food, drinks, bowling, raffles, silent auctions, 50/50 and more! DONATIONS After Prom is seeking donations to fund this important annual event. For the second year our event will be held at TBK Bank Entertainment Center April 29th from 11pm-2am This location will enable our students to enjoy TBK amenities of bowling, laser tag, arcade games, sports fields and courts, music and food! 750 students attended the event last year!
The support of our community is an integral part of the success of this event, so please show your support by contributing to this worthwhile evening. Your donation will be recognized not only during the After Prom event, but at various school functions. The TBK venue has a $25,000 budget for the evening, so your donation means more this year than ever before! Planning is already underway; therefore, we will be accepting TAX DEDUCTIBLE donations as soon as possible. Donations can be made in the form of cash, check, gift certificates, coupons, or merchandise. If you wish to contribute merchandise, please contact us to arrange a pickup. Attention Seniors, Scholarships are coming due. Please look in your Class of 2023 Google Classroom for all Scholarship Opportunities. Parents, if you are wanting to see what is available, ask your student to show you their Google Classroom. Many scholarships are due March 1st. See your counselor if you have any questions.

There will be a catch-up/tutoring session every Tuesday from 3:30pm-4:30pm for math in room 420, science in room 417, social studies in room 421, and English/language arts in room 411. The link to sign up will be in your grade level classrooms. You must sign up to be able to participate in tutoring. Please see your teachers if you have questions.

Attention anyone attending Central for the 2023-2024 School year, Dance Team tryouts are just around the corner. Tryouts for the upcoming school year are April 1st at Central High School. Tryouts will start at 8:00am and continue until they are done. Students will learn the tryout material in the morning and then try out in the afternoon.
