    Wood’s Dibbern Snags 2nd Place Overall in Frost-bite 5k Run

    8th Grade running phenom, Matt Dibbern captured 2nd place overall on January 17th at the 5k Frostbite run in Scott County Park.  Matt’s placement was an overall 2nd place among all men and boys.  A very impressive run.

    Select Wood Orchestra Students Participate in Honor Festival

    The Southeast Iowa String Teacher’s Association Honor Orchestra was held on Saturday, January  17th at Bettendorf High School.

    Wood Lego Robotics Team Grabs 1st Place Trophy

    Wood’s Lego Team, the Master Builders, participated on Sunday, Dec. 14 at the First Lego League Competition. They presented a research project, ran their robot that they designed and programmed, and were evaluated on their teamwork or Core Values.     Wood Choirs Inspire, Entertain UI Hospitals and Clinics

    The Wood Intermediate 7-8th Grade Select Choirs performed at the University of Iowa’s Hospital and Clinics on Friday, December 12 to a variety of patients, families and staff.
