Davenport Community School District Communicable Disease Reports

The Scott County Health Department and the State of Iowa require that each school submit a communicable disease report for tracking purposes.  Because of this report, it is very important that when calling a student in for an absence from school, parents submit at least two symptoms to help school health office staff track illness and report to the health department.  For more information on communicable disease symptoms, duration, exposure, and incubation periods, please click on the links below.
