Central Athletes Inspire the Next Generation at Eisenhower

We love seeing our schools connect across the district! Recently, Central High School football players took a trip to Eisenhower Elementary to teach a sportsmanship class to the 3rd graders.

The Eisenhower students were all smiles learning from the "big kids," and it was clear the Central athletes had just as much fun. For some of them, it was a walk down memory lane — visiting their old classrooms and seeing familiar faces in the halls again. Their former teachers were just as excited to see them! 

It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful it is when different levels of our district come together. From elementary to high school, we're building a strong, connected community — and having a lot of fun along the way.
