Davenport Schools Foundation Awards More than $177,000 in Scholarships

The Davenport Schools Foundation is proud to announce that it has awarded 89 scholarships totaling $177,350 to deserving seniors from the Davenport Community School District (DCSD). 

These scholarships are aimed at supporting the students' post-secondary education endeavors and are made possible through the generous contributions of donors committed to investing in the future of students within the district.

DCSD Superintendent TJ Schneckloth expressed,“We recognize that the cost of higher education can be a significant hurdle for many students. By awarding scholarships today, we’re not only easing that financial strain but also empowering our graduates to pursue a lifelong journey of learning. We’re proud to have the support of the Davenport Schools Foundation in making this possible.”

The scholarships, awarded by the Davenport Schools Foundation, reflect a commitment to empowering students and ensuring access to educational opportunities that foster personal and professional growth. By investing in these students, the Foundation aims to nurture a community of lifelong learners who will contribute positively to society.
