Friends of West Scholarship (WHS)

Awarded to a graduating senior from West High School who demonstrates scholastic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and community service.

Amount of Scholarship: $1,500  (Amount may vary according to earnings
Number Offered Each Year: One 
Deadline: Online applications are due on March 1st no later than 11:59 P.M.
Qualifications: 3.25 GPA or 24 ACT, graduation by June from one of the Davenport Community School District.  Scholastic achievement, extracurricular activities and community service.  
Obligations: Essay, letter of reference, interview, verification of enrollment in an accredited 2 or 4-year college or university in the USA
