Qualifications: Child of a full-time employee of Davenport Community School District. Graduation by June from a Davenport Community School District high school
Obligations: Essay, letter of reference, interview. Verification of enrollment in an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in the USA. Must maintain an acceptable scholastic record and apply for continuance each year
