Davenport Community School District Jerry Jurgens Athletic/Academic Scholarship (CHS)

No application process. Students selected by coaches.

  • Amount of Scholarship: $1,500 each  (Amount may vary according to earnings)
  • Number Offered Each Year: 1 male athlete, 1 female athlete, both from Central H.S.
  • Decision Deadline: April 15th.
  • Need Basis: Given high consideration
  • Qualifications: Student-athlete at Central High School, nominated by a coach, selected by a Faculty Committee of coaches and athletic director. Based on scholarship and citizenship.
  • Obligations: No application process.
