About DSF

A message from the Executive Director

As a proud alum of Davenport Schools, I’m honored and excited to join the Davenport Schools Foundation and look forward to working alongside educators, parents, alumni, community leaders and supporters to provide meaningful educational opportunities that inspires and empowers every student in every building to succeed.

This year, from awarding 58 scholarships totaling $106,300 to graduating seniors to coordinating and providing the funding for over 12,000 Kindergarten – Eighth Grade students to benefit from classroom innovation grants and grade level outreach experiences (Great Minds Program), the Davenport Schools Foundation is committed to providing otherwise unavailable resources to help DCSD students reach their full potential.

As you know, education is the cornerstone of a thriving community, and I’m grateful for the generosity of so many donors that entrust the Foundation with ensuring access to a quality education today and supporting our students’ success tomorrow.

The Davenport Schools Foundation remains committed to enhancing educational outcomes, providing resources, and supporting students and educators. Join us as we embark on a journey to expand our impact for our entire community.
