Summer Meal Program
Davenport Community Schools is pleased to announce its involvement in the 2025 Summer Food Service Program. Nutritious meals will be offered to children aged 1-18 at no cost or income restrictions. The program will begin on June 9 at locations throughout Davenport including schools building sites and community partner sites.
Reminder - students must remain on site and eat at the designated location.
Walcott K-8 School and Buffalo Elementary will serve as non-congregate meal distribution sites this summer.
Pick-Up Day and Time
Tuesdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Who Can Pick Up
Meals must be picked up by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the student(s) or students may pick up meals for themselves.
What’s Included
Each child ages 1 to 18 will receive a 7-day supply of both breakfast and lunch in a single weekly pick-up.
