• Weekly meeting with a coach who is completely devoted to supporting you with your teaching goals and students’ needs. 
• 1:1 support with creating an optimal learning environment, creating engaging, standards-based lesson plans. and analyzing student data.
• Beginning teacher Seminar to connect with other beginning teachers, learn strategies to immediately implement with students and build relationships within our community. 
• Triad meeting with reacher, coach and principal to celebrate success and identify supports needed. 

Bringing great teachers to our elementary and middle schools designated as Learning Lab Schools —and keeping them there. We believe that one of the best ways to recognize and reward dedicated educators is through a differentiated compensation strategy.

Certified staff who are endorsed for their position and are assigned to/teach 100% of the time in the comprehensive school building will receive an incentive in the amount of:

1. 0-5 years teach experience | $2,000
2. 6-10 year teach experience | $3,000
3. 11= years teaching experience | $4,000

Teachers who are endorsed for their position and are assigned to/teach less than 100% of the time in the comprehensive school building will receive an incentive in the amount of: 

1. 0-5 years teach experience | $1,000
2. 6-10 year teach experience | $1,500
3. 11= years teaching experience | $2,000
