The Human Resources department supports the district’s nearly 2,500 employees. This includes the recruitment and retention of employees in several different employment categories, including teachers, administrators, support staff, operations staff and more. As a major employer, Davenport Schools is always looking for talented and committed employees. Nowhere else in the area do so many people, from so many different walks of life, come together each day to learn and work for the good of all.
