Food Allergy, Anaphylaxis, and Special Dietary Need

Food allergies and severe and life threatening reactions to food allergies are a concern within the school day. There are also some medical conditions requiring special dietary consideration.  Please see the resources below for assistance. You will need to obtain a signed physician’s order for dietary accommodations if your child has a life threatening allergy or medical condition requiring special dietary consideration.

Your child should bring in their own auto-injectable epinephrine pen when ordered by a physician.
