Transcripts and Records

The Davenport Schools Records Department has records dating back to 1865, if you are in need of a transcript or past records, please contact the last school you attended. The Directory of Schools  contact information is linked.  If you are in need of records over the summer months when school buildings are closed, please call the district at (563) 445-5000.

NOTE:  For your security, if you wish for your records to be sent to you personally, you must provide a copy of your driver’s license (or other government-issued photo ID) in-person or via fax, mail, or e-mail.  Records can be sent directly to an employer or school by request without photo ID.

You may not pick up another student's records unless you have a written note and a copy of their ID as well as your own ID.

Diplomas

We have over 600 unclaimed diplomas dating back to 1968.  To see if you or someone you know has not picked up their diploma please view the attached list of unclaimed diplomas.

Call (563) 445-5000 if your name is on the list to speak with our records staff.

We cannot replace lost or damaged diplomas.

Shot Records

If you are in need of your shot record, please call the last school you attended.  We do have many on file.
