West Connection Rehearsals (re-schedule)

 

Due to the cancellations from the DCSD, West Connections has to reschedule some rehearsals to prepare for upcoming shows and competitions.

 

Friday 1/16/09 11:30 Students will move platforms to auditorium and rehearse in there. Please bring “closer” outfits that you plan on wearing.

 

Saturday 1/17/09 Rehearsal 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00

 

Tuesday 1/20/09 12:30-3:00 Rehearsal. Bring a sack lunch.

 

Wednesday 1/21/09 12:00-4:30 bring $5.00 for a pizza/pop lunch and rehearsal.

 

Thank you for your flexibility. Please get the word out to other members of the West Connection group and give them this update. Check the West High School website too for any further updates.

 

We are in the process of making phone trees for both students and parents of Connections.

The following rehearsals are mandatory—these rehearsals will be our only practice with the pit. Working is NOT an excuse to miss rehearsal, so ask for these dates off from work NOW!

***In order to work around conflicts, some rehearsals are scheduled for different days and times, so take note!
