Washington Intramurals

All 4th and 5th grade students have the opportunity to participate in our after school intramural program.  The activities begin in the gym at 2:45 and will continue until 3:45.  A Parent/Guardian needs to sign the bottom of this form and return it to Mr. Curtis if your student is interested in participating.  If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Curtis or the front office.
