Davenport Community School District Special Education

The Davenport Community School District’s Special Education Delivery Plan has been approved by the Davenport Community School Board of Directors and the Iowa Department of Education.

Our District is committed to providing a Free and Appropriate Public Education to every student who desires one. In support of this mission, we offer a wide range of programming opportunities to support exceptional children from pre-kindergarten until graduation day. Our commitment is to develop an individualized program based on the unique needs of each student. Programs are always provided in the least restrictive environment, based on plans developed in collaboration with parents, caregivers, teachers, and specialists.
