Starting March 1, families of incoming Kindergartners are invited to pick up and submit forms to the school office to begin the registration process. This will be just a first step in the registration process with final enrollment based on availability and pending any boundary changes.
For new Kindergartners, parents are required to bring in their completed form and four additional items: 1) Birth Certificate; 2) Proof of Address such as utility bill, lease or rent agreement, etc. 3) Proof of Immunization from doctor and 4) Dental Screening or Exemption Form. This list and materials will also be available on the district website for families to access.
