Introduction: 

The E45 class has 17 students working on becoming a team.  We discuss every day that there are two undeniable rights in this room:
The right to learn
The right to be respected
We are using responsible behaviors that ensure these rights are not denied.

Curriculum/Strategies:

The students should be reading 20 minutes at home Monday through Friday. This should help your child become a better reader (as good as we are, we can always get better!) and become a better writer because vocabulary grows. 

Classroom Events: 

JABizTown: We will have this learning experience on Thursday, October 1, 2009.  More information will be sent home soon.  First quarter Social Studies grade will be based on this event.  Because of the necessary classroom lessons before this study trip, science does not start until after this study trip.
