Truman News:

Report Cards - First Quarter Report Cards will be sent home Tuesday, Oct. 27th.

Student Hunger Drive - Truman students will be helping North High School with this event.  Please consider donating non- perishable canned/boxed food items to help in the fight against hunger.  (Items will be collected on the stage in the café.)

Stay Healthy, Good Hygiene - Please remind your children that good hand washing (singing the ABC song) is the key to staying well.  Stress covering coughs with the inner elbow and NOT the hand.  If your child is ill or has a fever or other flu like symptoms please keep them home. Your child should not return to school for at least 24 hours after the fever is gone.  Keeping sick children at home means that they keep their viruses to themselves rather than sharing them with others in our school community.  If you have questions or concerns please contact the Nurse Dianna at 563-386-6450, ext. 218.

Dismissal Information -

Staff at Truman are parking in the back half of the front parking lot.  This means that the front half of the lot is now available for parents/guardians to use at dismissal.  Please consider pulling into these spots as they become available.  Doing so will help eliminate some of the congestion in the driveway.  Thanks for your support!

Moved or new Phone Number? Please alert the office if your phone numbers or address changes during the year.  We need to be able to contact you in case of an emergency.  Thanks!

Wednesday Dismissal - There is an early dismissal every Wednesday @ 1:30pm
