Transcripts and Records

Records are kept at the high school attended for three (3) years after a student transfers, drops or graduates. If it has been three (3) years or less since you last attended, please request records directly from your high school.  The Directory of Schools lists contact information.

If it has been more than three (3) years since you last attended, please contact Record Services at 563-336-5058 or by completing the on-line Request Form.

NOTE:  For your security, if you wish records to be sent to you personally, you must also provide a copy of your driver’s license by:
