Thank you for volunteering your time and expertise to the students of Davenport Community Schools. We value your important contribution.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly helpers are always needed to make our students the best they can be. Volunteer opportunities include (but are not limited to): tutoring students, quizzing students, assisting with science labs, working at book fairs, refereeing the dodgeball tournament, fundraising, etc. Please contact the school, at 563-445-5150, if you’re interested in volunteering.
The education that takes place in the classrooms of Davenport Community Schools prepares young people for a world that will be very different than the one we live in today. Our instructional reach and social aims are comprehensive and global. Educational reforms over the past several years have made this an exciting and challenging time for our schools. As we strive to meet the individual learning needs of each student through personalized instruction the role of volunteers is magnified. Your commitment to students is vital to our success.
