WHY
I BECAME A TEACHER: I wanted to teach and have an impact on today's youth
through education and athletics.
SPECIAL
ACTIVITIES: Using the computer is extremely important, especially in
this day and age. Students should strive for speed and accuracy at the
keyboard because it will make them
more marketable in the business world.. We drill and
learn how to key reports, letters, outlines, use excel, word, power point
and we also gather information from the internet. Students love exploring
the internet.
CLASSROOM
RULES AND POLICIES: Be respectful.
Listen to instruction.
Stay in your seat.
Must have permission to be on the internet. Attitude and effort is the key
to a productive person.
IF
I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS: Take care of a lot of bills. Take care of my
family.
Buy a new house and car. Invest for the future
WHERE
I'D LIKE TO GO ON VACATION: I think I would go to Europe.
It has so much
history and exciting sites.
MY
HERO: Walter Payton, not only because he was one of the best players ever,
but he was a class act. He had great work ethic on and off the field.
He was
respectful in every aspect of his life. He never was never a show
boat when he
played the game and never was disrespectful. Unfortunately, "Sweetness"
died of
a rare disease and is deeply missed.
SOMETHING
THAT BUGS ME: Disrespect.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION: I love coaching and have been coaching in the District
the past 14 years. I have coached football, wrestling, and baseball.
Mostly at
the High School level. I also coached College Football at St. Ambrose University as a defensive line coach for 5
seasons. I have have two great kids - Kolton and Kayla.
