Protection and Guarantees

Performance bond, certificate of liability insurance and Workmen's Compensation shall be provided by the contractor when specified.

Insurance on contractor's equipment is maintained by the contractor.

Guarantees provided on all fixed equipment shall be gathered together and delivered to the designated district administrator.

The contractor shall guarantee all aspects of his work for a minimum of one year following acceptance of the building by the Board of Directors.
