Probation and Evaluation

Annual Evaluation

Tenured teachers with no performance difficulties will be formally evaluated every other year. Informal visits will take place during years when teachers are not being formally evaluated. Principals will keep a log of informal visits and should give feedback to the teachers following these visits.

All evaluations are kept on file in the office of the Director of Human Resource Services. Teachers will receive a copy of their evaluation from their principals.
