 Administrative Regulation 401.20A PERSONNEL Teacher Termination Procedures Iowa Law Chapter 279 provides that certain procedures must be followed in order that school districts may terminate the continuing contract of a teacher. There are some specific dates pertaining to these procedures which must be closely observed. Attached please find the Teacher Termination Proceedings under Chapter 279 of the Iowa Code.
