Use of School Property
and Equipment
Use
of telephone, except on official business of the
school, will be held to an absolute minimum.
Each
administrator is responsible for all long distance
calls made by the staff in his/her area of
supervision. All staff members will be requested to
ensure that necessary communications can be handled
in a timely manner by use of the U.S. mail service
or email and reduce the need for long distance calls
to conduct the business of the school district.
Use
of computers and other equipment, except on official
business of the school, will be held to an absolute
minimum.
No
district equipment may be removed from the
employee’s workplace without the approval of their
direct supervisor. All equipment must be accounted
for at all times by the appropriate administrator.
