Transfer of Inactive Funds 

During normal operations, a Fund may no longer be needed.  When the Chief Financial Officer has determined that a fund is no longer needed, upon Board resolution, any balance in that Fund will be transferred to another appropriate fund.

NO INTER-FUND TRANSFERS MAY BE MADE WITHOUT BOARD APPROVAL
