Local School Improvement Advisory Committee
The Local School Improvement Advisory Committee (LSIAC) is appointed by the Board of Education of the Davenport Community School District in compliance with Iowa Code 280.12. LSIAC offers the Board recommendations on major educational needs and student learning goals.

LSIAC consists of members representing the local community, which may include representatives of business/industry, labor, higher education, community agencies, parents, students, teachers, and administrators. Members are appointed annually with the goal of maintaining balanced representation.
Meetings are held monthly on weeknights from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Achievement Service Center, 1702 North Main Street, Davenport.
