Do you run like the wind, or walk like a snail? Here is an event for you!
Wednesday, May 17, 2017 will be the
13th Annual Wildcat Run/Walk/Stumble/Crawl
North staff will begin this wellness event at 2:40 PM with a 2:30 release from meetings. However, participants may start any time after 2:30. We will provide support (water table, refreshments at the end, and late registration) until 4:30 PM. We will follow a marked 2 mile course through the neighborhood surrounding North and participants will be provided a map of the course.
Our donations this year will go to Scott County Kids, who is responsible for the Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention cards the students receive every year. Registration will be on a sliding scale. Adults are asked to donate $10-$20 while students are suggested to donate $5-$10 to participate. Donations of any amount will be accepted and appreciated. You may register up to and during the event.
**Staff of the North community (all certified and classified staff at North and feeder schools), former staff, and friends of North High are invited and can, through this event, contribute to a cause that affects many of our students and their families.
