Three Little Pigs
Monroe ’s second graders got the chance to enjoy “The Three Little Pigs” at the Capital Theater. The Ballet Quad Cities and Opera Quad Cities used song and dance to deliver this amazing story. This was not the classic version of the storybook classic, but a newer version teaching the importance of reading. The pigs used knowledge from books to outsmart the Big Bad Wolf. He huffed and he puffed, but he was still hungry!
