    Multicultural Night

    On Thursday, April 28th, the DCSD Title 1 Schools presented their Multicultural Night at Hotel Davenport. This event was free for Title 1 families. Each school highlighted a different country, and the country of Ireland was presented by Monroe.     Donated Books in Memory of Marilyn Eberle

    Hatching Chicks

    Over the past few weeks, the students at Monroe Elementary have gotten to experience firsthand the life cycle of a chick. Incubators with eggs were placed in the Monroe Library, Miss McGlynn’s first grade classroom, and Miss Daniel’s kindergarten classroom. This week, they hatched!
