During this unprecedented time, I will be communicating with all families on any new updates or information through our eblast and on our school website. Below is new information about scheduling times to pick up essential items that students may have left at school and are in need of over this extended school closure.
Parents must contact Principal Vincent (email@example.com) to schedule an appointment to retrieve any essential personal belongings or medications. Appointments are to be scheduled before Monday, March 23rd. Dates for available pickup will be Monday, March 23rd-Wednesday, March 25th. These items will be retrieved and we will use a curbside pickup location outside the front of the building on Kenwood Avenue.
Per the CDC guidelines I am not allowed more than 10 individuals (including myself) in the building at any one time while retrieving these items. An appointment to retrieve essential items is necessary to ensure the health, safety, and education of everyone. Anyone from the public will not be allowed in the school building.
Student meals– Sack meals will be made available for pickup from locations TBD starting next week. More information to come.
The DCSD Curriculum department and teachers are working on putting together and communicating engaging online learning to be shared with our families soon.
