Student
of the Week – March 14, 2008
Sawyer
Congratulations
Sawyer. I have known you since you were in elementary school and am proud
of everything you have accomplished. You are a very bright young man and
have a great future ahead of you!
Sawyer:
Nice work on – gee everything you do. All of your art work looks great, the
work you have done for the yearbook and newsletter nice going. I am very
impressed with your creative eye you have in conquering your artwork. Congratulations
on being nominated for student of the week as well as achieving you high school
education! I’m sure you will succeed in whatever you choice for you
future. PS I am still amazed at the speed you finish the rubric cube!
Sawyer
Dane – what can I say that fits in this small space? Knowing you has
been a three-year ride on a colorful, exciting, mysterious, scary, and wonderful
carousel. (Of course, the carousel has no animals other than donkeys.)
You have been a conduit of knowledge from Mr. Nielson and Ms. Ferguson to me, as
we wrestled with tucking new ideas into your cerebrum. I can’t say that
I miss the Sawyer who knew everything, because the Sawyer who seeks and
stretches and smiles and shares and shines is a much richer person to know.
I hope I can count on seeing you in person every once in awhile, as you head
into your life, and I relish the possibility of seeing your name under the title
of your first book. Enjoy the next step . . . and the next . . .
I
had Sawyer last semester and he was a delight to have in class. He came to
class twice as the only student present. He also had perfect attendance.
I think he will go far, and I hope he attends college and reaches all his goals.
Good Luck always. - Mrs.
D-C
Sawyer has long been my student extraordinaire.
He has pushed himself to master all of his mathematic courses. Sawyer
never gave up on a difficult concept. Instead he persevered and conquered
it. With his determination, Sawyer has been able to achieve an early
graduation, and with his conscientious effort, he will be able to reach success
in what ever field he chooses. - Nielsen
Sawyer is a very bright young man he will go far.
- Linda Hittenmiller
