Kimberly Center - Home of the Panthers!

The KISS OF A LIFETIME!
By KC Website Staff Reporter - Felicia Gillespie
An extraordinary and hilarious display by the Kimberly Center Staff was performed on April 8, 2008. The opening started with a great intro by Mrs. Bosco, the school principal, explaining how the fundraiser that happened during March was a great success, and that Kimberly Center raised over the amount needed, despite the fact that most people in the school do not have a lot of money for charities, as most have troubled home lives or a family to try and provide for already!
As a reward for the school, and a deal not be broken, Mrs. Bosco had her hair died blue, in front of the entire school, and got to kiss Mrs. Gaydosh’s cute and quite mannered donkey. The donkey did not have the same problem as the pig did a couple years ago, and waited to dispose of its bodily waste until it got in the trailer, and did not dispose of it before hand. Mrs. Bosco must still sleep on the roof of the school. Arrangements are being made for that.
Many awards were given away after the exciting deal being fulfilled, all of which was for just 3rd Quarter alone. These awards consisted of the Student of the Week receivers, Perfect Attendance, Second Honors, First Honors, Academic Excellence Awards, Principals Awards, Student Council, and Ms. Neeka’s students who had passed with a “C” or better, highest GPA, and attendance requirement students all got recognized that day for their hard work and their effort toward taking the biggest advantage possible of their education.
Also the graduating seniors were noticed for working hard at their education over the 4 year course of high school. They all received school T-shirts in the school colors, with the school name and mascot on the left corner of the front of the shirt. This was the first time that the school has recognized the seniors this way.
