Home and School
Partners in Education

All of us at Hayes School want to prepare students for success in school and in life.  In order to make this possible, we are going to need to find ways to assist all students in meeting the high standards of work necessary to meet this challenge.  We want all students to be successful and we will need your assistance.  Please support us by reading and signing the planner each night, checking on homework completion, and contacting your child's teacher if you have any questions about specific procedures and expectations.  Below you will find some ways that we will be communicating with you.

Bulletins

Notes and notices will be sent home in a folder with your child every Thursday.  There is a place for you to initial before you send the folder back every Friday.  You must receive these communications to be informed about what is going on at school.  A calendar of school events is sent home at the beginning of each month or you can click Calendar, Monthly to see a list of monthly events.

Conferences
Oct. 8th, 9th & 11th

At least one scheduled conference per year will be held with parents and teachers.  Additional conferences may be held at any time at the request of the parent, teacher, or administrator.

Oct 8th        3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Oct 9th        3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Oct 11th      8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Progress Reports
