    The Davenport Schools Foundation Scholarship Program awards over $77,000 annually in college scholarships to graduating seniors, distributes financial assistance to elementary students for use in enrichment activities, and recognizes outstanding achievements by students of various ages in the arts and sciences.

    • Number Offered Each Year: 6 total in 2018, including  the Jim Hester Scholarship, which goes to a minority student; the Russell and Ellen Meyrs Scholarship, which goes to a student demonstrating significant financial need; and four at-large awards, including the Keith Jurgens Memorial Scholarship,  and the Kneipp Family Scholarship for prospective nursing students.
