Welcome!
Thank you for volunteering your time and expertise to the students of Davenport Community Schools. We value your important contribution.

The education that takes place in the classrooms of Davenport Community Schools prepares young people for a world that will be very different than the one we live in today. Our instructional reach and social aims are comprehensive and global.  Educational reforms over the past several years have made this an exciting and challenging time for our schools. As we strive to meet the individual learning needs of each student through personalized instruction the role of volunteers is magnified.  Your commitment to students is vital to our success. Working in partnership with the community is central to our mission. Therefore, we encourage you to explore the many ways you can help educate and support young people. There is a place for you in Davenport Community Schools.

Please accept the resources on this website as a useful guide and symbol of our commitment to your success. On behalf of the students whose lives you will touch, we thank you for your service.
