IT IS A GREAT DAY TO BE A BLUE DEVIL ~ here are your Daily Announcements:

From the Counseling and Student Service Center:

    • Students who need to meet with a counselor—new changes this year!  Students need to have a scheduled appointment.  Please complete the appointment request form.  A link is available in your google classroom.  Your counselor will send you an appointment time/google meet link.
    • Also—if you have requested a schedule change, you do not need to also request an appointment.  Once schedule requests have been reviewed by counselors and administrators, an email will be sent to you.  9/11

Attention all girls: Do you want to be part of a great team, get in awesome shape, and have memories to last a lifetime? It’s not too late to join the Cross-Country team! This is the final week for new team members, see Coach Tru in room 627 or Nurse Wendy for information! 9/11

Students, did you know that you have access to school meals on your virtual learning days?  In order to access this benefit, you need to complete a Google form which you can find in your Grade level Google classroom or on CHS’s  website.   All regular meal charges apply.  Students who receive free meals at school will receive free meals for virtual days.  Students who receive reduced lunch or pay full price for lunch will need to have money in their accounts prior to pick up.  A meal request form MUST be filled out for EACH student in the household to get meals.  Meals will continue until you cancel them by calling 563-336-7430.

Football fans are reminded that the theme for tonight’s game with Bettendorf will be USA—be sure to wear your red, white, and blue!

The football games tonight at Bettendorf are NOT open to the general public. You must have a pass from a player or coach to get in. Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing will be enforced.  This is Bettendorf’s rule and is to keep everyone safe and healthy.  Go Blue!!!

Any senior interested in being a student school board member should pick up an application from Mrs. Klemme in the Main Office ASAP.  Applications are due by Wednesday, September 16th.  9/11, 9/14, 9/15

Attention all hybrid AND virtual students!

We will be having picture days on Sept. 14th and 17th. For hybrid students, these will be during the school day. Group A will be on Sept. 14th and Group B will be on Sept. 17th. You will be called down to get your picture taken in small groups throughout the day.

For virtual students, you can come either day: Sept. 14th or 17th. You only need to come once. You will go to the PAC any time after school from 3:30-5:00pm and take your pictures in a socially distanced fashion.

Please note that these are for the yearbook as well as your student IDs, so you MUST take this photo.

Seniors, you will need to get these photos taken for your ID, but you have a separate picture taken for your senior portrait for the yearbook. Please see your school email for more information about Senior Portraits on Sept. 15th and 17th. Contact Ms. Ebener with questions. 9/11, 9/14,

Seniors with an open block may now pick up an open block opt out form from Mr. Heller.  The form will need to be taken home, signed by your guardian and returned to Mr. Heller by the end of next week Sept. 18th.

Please Remember to Always: Give Effort, Respect All, Involve Yourself and be Timely

    GO BLUE!!!!
