    Thank you to the Iowa Pork Producers, Chef Rob Levitt, DMACC, Iowa American Culinary Federation, and the Iowa Restaurant Association for inviting ProStart students to learn about the art of butchery. Students learned about meat cuts, niche farming, and respect of food source through utilizing the whole animal.

    Congratulation to Nathan Canfield on his 8th place finish at the State Wrestling Tournament in Des Moines. Nate’s achievement stretches the streak of place winners to 4 years in a row!  Great job ending the season on the podium!
     
    Congratulations to our State swimmers! Kyle Hopewell finished third in the 100 butterfly, earning All-American Consideration status.  The 200 freestyle relay team of Carter Sullivan, Austin Seibert, Kyle Hopewell and Wyatt Land finished 11th.  Wyatt Land finished 16th in the 100 backstroke.  The team fished 18th overall at State. Go Blue!
