The Central yearbook staff would like you to get your free senior portrait taken at the beginning of the school year for use in the 2020-2021 Blackhawk Yearbook! We apologize for the delay in getting this information out to you, but we have been waiting to decide on a system while the COVID-19 situation has been changing. As in years past, these portraits are different from your regular school ID picture and are a step up from what the rest of the school gets. There is no cost to get your picture taken, but you can purchase copies if you’d like. Proofs will be sent to your home later in the fall. If you want to have your portrait in the yearbook, be sure to come to one of the time slots listed below. You only need to attend once and it just takes a few minutes:
Where? Central’s Library
Dates? Tuesday, Sept. 15th and Thursday, Sept. 17th
Times? 3:00-7:00 PM on both days
In order to follow social distancing guidelines, you will need to sign up for a time slot. This will prevent too many people being in the library together at one time. Time slots are available for 5 minutes at a time, and 2 people can be scheduled in the same 5 minutes. The photos take about 30 seconds. You will need to arrive at the library during your chosen time slot, wait for any person ahead of you to finish, and approach the photographer when he is ready for you. Please wear a mask while you are waiting for the photo and stay 6 feet away from anyone else in the vicinity. Please do not arrive early or late for your time slot!
If you have any questions, please email Ms. Ebener at email@example.com.
