Congratulations to the Central Varsity and Junior Varsity Men’s and Women’s Bowling Teams who were all victorious against North Scott.

Outstanding performances were made by Matt Schlueter, Peter Miller, Phillip Weiss, and Jeff Diggs for the Men and Erin Abbas, Theresa Diggs, Tiffany Miller and Samantha Johnson for the Women.

All members of the Bowling Team are asked to attend practice this Friday at Miller Time Bowl beginning at 3:15 pm. 12-13

Gospel Choir will not rehearse tonight we will resume rehearsals after Winter Break. 12-13

Congratulations to the Varsity Scholastic Bowl team! They placed 10th in the State of Iowa High School Knowledge Master Open Competition. This is a fabulous finish for our team. Central soundly defeated both Davenport West and Davenport North in the competition. Way to go! Our Freshman/Sophomore team placed 7th in the state in their first ever Knowledge Master Open. Wow! What a great showing for a young team! Congratulations! 12-13

The Mock Trial teams have finally been formed. You can check Mrs. Heninger's door to see the team assignments. We will be having a brief 15 minute meeting next Tuesday after school to begin our teamwork. See you then. 12-13

Newspaper students your stories are past due. Some 5th-9th block students have not checked in with anything for the week. The paper needs to be complete Friday so it can go to template Sunday. If you don't want blank space with your name get to the lab with your materials. The lab will be open until 4 today and Friday. Editors, the Lab will be open Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. 12-14
