The Orchestra Scholarship concert will be Wednesday at 7:00pm.

Congratulations to Sam Manning and Noah Truesdell for their first places against Number one ranked Bettendorf in a swim meet last night. 12-7

The Bluedevil wrestlers were in action last night against Pleasant Valley and Clinton. The Bluedevil were 6-3 in matches wrestled against Pleasant Valley, and 6-2 against Clinton. Ryan Mena and Tay-Tay Tensley both had a win on the varsity. Cole Walton and Tommy Mirocha had two falls, McKinze Jackson had a fall and a win, and Max Mayfield had a fall and a major decision. In JV action, Dalen Turcsak, Dan Harre, and Drake Hull all had pins against Pleasant Valley. Great Job Bluedevil. 12-7

Attention all students; there will be an early-bird driver education class taught here at Central from January 7th to February 24th. Sign up today, before it fills up! Registration forms are available in the guidance office or in Mr. Jurgena's room; #529. 12-18

Auditions for Central's Most Select Choir, the Concert Chorale, will take place from Tuesday, December 11th until Tuesday, December 18th. You must be a Junior or Senior and be enrolled for Choir during the 2nd half of the year. To find out the guidelines for the auditions, and to sign up for a time, see the list posted on Mr. Reese's door in the choir room. The ensemble will start rehearsing after the Holiday break. See Mr. Reese for further information. 12-10

The Central Book Club will be meeting on Monday, December 10th after school to discuss Girl With A Pearl Earring.  Please come to the meeting if you have read the book.  Also, if you do not plan to attend the discussion but have checked out a book, they must be returned by Monday after school. 12-10

Have you ever wanted to be a teacher? Well here is your opportunity! How about being a peer- tutor teacher? If this sounds like fun, please sign-up in room 425 with Ms. Teague or with your favorite teacher. This could be your mission- to help other students. We need peer tutors in all academic areas. You may choose before school and after school. How about a Saturday, if you are really energetic! Please sign-up this week and feel good about helping someone in need. We need YOU!! 12-7
