See you then. 12-5 If you have books checked our from the University of Iowa for National History Day, please bring them to Mrs. Heninger by Friday so that she can get them returned. 12-5 Attention all athletes-FCA is cancelled for this week. 12-5 Congratulations to the men’s swim team on their win over Rock Island with a score of 113 over 51 and JV WON with a score of 92 to 29. Sam Manning had 4 first places and Noah Truesdell had 3 First, Next meet is against number one ranked Bettendorf Thursday. 12-5 Newspaper students- stories for the next issue are posted. Stories are due Friday. Questions see Buttleman. 12-5 Publications students Parents of Publications Meeting is Tuesday at 7p.m. in Kemper. Meeting agenda includes plans for Brazilians who will be here in January; competition in California in April; fundraising and trip to Brazil in June. If you are involved in any of these activities, please arrange for someone in your family to be there. 12-5 Attention Varsity Marching Band Members! The Band Banquet is tonight from 6-8pm in the Cafeteria. Hope to see you there!! We will have representative from Scott Community College at 11:00 am today and Western Illinois University on Thursday in the guidance office. Stop and get a pass if interested in visiting with them. 12-5 We will be having homeroom Thursday. We will be having a homeroom Thursday. We will be having a homeroom TOMORROW! This means we will be on a different schedule. We will have a homeroom after second block from 10:43-11:03. Students please look at your schedules and find out what room you are in for homeroom. If you do not know, please look on the office or security windows to see where your homeroom is located. Seniors will have a senior meeting in the auditorium (Remember, homeroom is AFTER second block (10:43-11:03). 12-5 Any student interested in the Close-Up trip to Washington D.C. are reminded of the meeting Wednesday evening at 6:00 in Kahler Auditorium. See Mr Duvall in Room 527 if you have questions. 12-5 Have you ever wanted to be a teacher? Well here is your opportunity! How about being a peer- tutor teacher? If this sounds like fun, please sign-up in room 425 with Ms. Teague or with your favorite teacher. This could be your mission- to help other students. We need peer tutors in all academic areas. You may choose before school and after school. How about a Saturday, if you are really energetic! Please sign-up this week and feel good about helping someone in need. We need YOU!! 12-7 The GSA will be meeting this Thursday in Kemper 12, we will be drafting the student and staff pledges. It is imperative that you attend. All students are welcomed to attend. 12-6
