Are you interested in Mock Trial this year? If you are, please come to a brief Mock Trial organizational meeting on Monday, November 30th at 2:45 p.m. in room 501. This will be a competitive year, so there will be a selective process to determine the teams. If you cannot make it to the meeting, be sure to stop by and pick up an application from Mrs. Heninger in room 501. The applications are due by 2:45 p.m. on Monday, December 7th or you will not be considered for a position on a team.
The art department would like to congratulate Josh Byrne for winning first place with his sculpture at the Festival of Trees art exhibit. Great job Josh!
Drama Club will meet today and tomorrow after school in room 417. See ya there!
Newspaper 14th Block Students mandatory check is Tuesday. All assignments have been posted for over a week. They are due in the computer and approved by Dec. 4 with a hard copy to Buttleman.
Bricolage is accepting submissions for the B term Mag. thru Tuesday Dec.1. Bring them to Kemper attention Sam Hayes, Danielle Kimler, or Sarah Landsteiner. Bricolage is also accepting submissions for C term, the theme is Memories.
Attention all girls interested in being part of this year’s Track & Field team: There will be a brief meeting Thursday after school in room 627. See Coach Trujillo for more information.
The Varisty and Junior Varsity Men's and Women's Bowling Teams will be taking on North Scott today at 5 o'clock at Miller Time Bowl. All are welcome to come watch. Any Team members should arrive at 4:30pm in uniform. Today is a good day to come support the Central Kegglers.
This is a reminder that all of the Varsity Scholastic Bowl players should report to the Barb Hess Community room tomorrow at the beginning of second block for Knowledge Master Open competition. See you there.
ATTENTION MUSIC DEPARTMENT STUDENTS and PARENTS: If you participated in the Fruit & Nut Fundraiser this year, you will need to pick up your orders this Thursday, Dec. 3rd at the Armory on Brady Street, from 1:30 - 5:30 pm. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5:30!! There will be a sign up sheet at the Armory for people wanting to purchase the 'extras' that were ordered ... there is a limited amount of extras and the requests will be filled on a 'first come-first serve' basis about a week after distribution day. For those 2nd block students who were selected to help sort the orders at the Armory, you will need to make arrangements to pick up your order between 1:30 - 5:30 .... no orders will be allowed to leave the Armory until 1:30.
