Attention Key Club members - if you forgot to bring your baked goods for our bake sale at conferences tonight, it's not too late! Just bring your individually wrapped items tonight if you are coming to help sell or baby-sit. Conferences start at 4:00, so just show up around then. We hope to see many of you there! 11-28
Girls Track & Field open gym begins this week, Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00. Be dressed and ready to go in the gym lobby! 11-29
Congratulations to the Varsity Mens Bowling Team who defeated Bettendorf 3159 to 2833. High scores included Austin Porter with a 280 & 233, Matt Schlueter w/a 246 & 232, John Diggs with a 222 & 217, and Ryan Schlueter with a 204 & 225. Likewise the Men's JV took it to Bettendorf 2756 to 2622. High games included Peter Miller w/a 226, Aaron Gruver w/a 225, and Ryan Wilson w/a 211. The Women's V and JV lost very close matches but had a great balanced effort from everyone. Next up is Davenport West on Monday 12/3. 11-28
Hey Blue Devil Girls sign up today with Mr. Swetalla or Mrs. Hansen, in the gym, for an all girls intramural floor hockey tournament. Teams are made up of six players. All members of the winning team will get a cool intramural championship t-shirt. Games will be played next week at 7:00 am on Wednesday and Friday. So get your team signed up today. 11-30
Any Central High School student planning on going out for Boys Track this spring needs to see Coach Tandy in room 309. Off season lifting will begin next Tuesday December, 4 after school. Who would like to purchase some new Central clothes? If you interested in purchasing new Central apparel this week the Athletic Boosters will be selling during lunch time tomorrow at the West end of the cafeteria and during the first home boys’ basketball game tomorrow in the sports lobby. They will also be selling new apparel on Wednesday during conferences. 11-28
