Announcements for 08-23-07

Attention Juniors and Seniors the parking spot lottery names are out. Check outside the activities office to see if your name is on it. Passes will be given out at all lunches today and Friday. You will need to bring $35 in either cash or check to pay for your pass. You must display your parking pass on your mirror starting on Monday. A second lottery is going to be held as the construction is cleaned up and more spaces become available. Seniors will have the first priority for these spots. If you would like to be in the second lottery be sure to fill out a form. Forms will be available at all lunches this week. Remember to be eligible for the lottery all fees and fines must be paid and you have to have a 2.0 GPA.

Starting on Monday anyone who is parked in the south student parking lot without a pass will receive a $20 ticket. The next time you park in the south lot without a pass your car will be towed at your expense. Please refer to your planner for all parking rules.

Hey Seniors see Mrs... Hansen in the gym for a Senior t-shirt. Shirt are $10.

Musical auditions will be held Tuesday August 28th at 2:45 in the auditorium. This year's musical will be Godspell.

Welcome to Central High. We have lots of exciting activities and club available for you to become involved and have some fun! Wednesday is early out day. Shades of Success/Boys to Men club will meet at 1:40pm in room 419 on August 29th, 2007. What is it? What do we do? Come find out for yourself! Yes, that’s room 419. See Ms. Teague in room 425 if you have questions! Hope to see you there!

There will be a Blue Crew meeting in the library at 7:15 on Wednesday, August 29th. All Blue Crew members will need to attend.

Attention Yearbook Staff—a reminder --today is the day we are going to do our annual scavenger hunt. Report to room 417 right after school and be ready to win!! We will divide into teams at that time.

Attention students if you were not able to pick up yearbooks at registration they will be available Monday August 27th and Tuesday August 28th after school in room 417. Extra yearbooks for those of you who did not get a chance to purchase one last year will also be available on Monday on a first come first served basis for 65.00. Make checks payable to Central Yearbook.

Any Central High student wishing to participate in cross country this year should see Coach Tandy in room 309. Any and all are welcomed.

All newspaper ( 4th and 6th block) students must report to 640 immediately after school. Prepare to stay until your stories are in.
