SENIORS, YOU MUST, MUST, MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND THE SENIOR PICNIC AT THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY FAIR GROUNDS TOMORROW. PLEASE GO TO THE ACTIVITIES OFFICE BETWEEN PASSING TIME OR PICK UP YOUR TICKET AT LUNCH TOMORROW IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING. THIS IS YOUR EXCUSED PASS OUT OF CLASS TOMORROW. Due to the increased amount of graffiti found in the restrooms, only selected restrooms will be left unlocked until further notice. A reward continues to be offered for credible information leading to the arrest of persons responsible for graffiti and threats written. 5-16

Hey Central! Remember when Key Club's Habitat for Humanity volunteering day was canceled due to rain? Well, this Saturday is another opportunity to help out in your community! Key Club will again be hosting a build day at a Habitat for Humanity site this Saturday, May 17. If you're interested, be sure to come to our short meeting today after school in Mr. Kuttler's room by the cafeteria. This meeting will last less than five minutes (we promise), and will give you a chance to sign up to help this weekend or ask any questions. See you in Mr. Kuttler's room today after school! 5-13

Congratulations to both girls soccer teams for the decisive victories over Davenport West last night at Brady Stadium. The varsity won 2--0 with a goal a piece from Junior Christa Oldham and Sophomore Jill Wulf. Also with an assist was Senior Christa Ochs. The fresh/ Soph team won 5--2 with a three goals from freshman Jenna Lafrenz and a goal a piece from freshman Tiffany Taylor and Kim Magnus. Great job girls and we hope to see everyone at the game tomorrow against conference leading Pleasant Valley. 5-13

Remember students, it is time for all of you leaders and potential leaders to sign up for Student Council. Pick up a form from the LMC or the Activities Office. You can help with the most exciting events at Central. Pick up your form today. 5-13

Shades of Success/Boys to Men students are reminded to bring résumé’s to Ms. Teague by Wednesday’s meeting at 1:40pm in room 419. 5-13

Seniors you have until 2:35 today to get your ticket to the Senior Class picnic and to turn your softball and volleyball teams into Mr. Swetalla, EJ Hicks or Dallas Burke. If you do not get your ticket today you will be expected to be at school on Wednesday. Juniors your forms to be a Senior Class Officer are due this Friday to the guidance office. 5-13

Blue Crew members, and anyone interested in being in Blue Crew, we will have a brief meeting Wednesday at 1:45 in the west end of the cafeteria. 5-14
